How can I stop the Byzantine guards being hostile towards me?

So during the game things got a bit heated in Byzantine. Now I've completed the game, I'm trying to tidy up some quests, and companion quests.

Now when I return to Byzantine, the guards are hostile towards me and it turns into a bloodbath >!This includes the woman in the haberdashery when I try to complete Parvati's quest.!<

Any way I can stop this?
