Anitas BB Take Out

I love their burritos in the morning every once in a while. I especially like their BB Bacon. It’s a simple concoction it seems, but I can’t figure out their cheese sauce.

I’m trying to make some burritos at home but in a lower carb tortilla variety, and less of a daily expense.

Anyone ever come close to a BB Bacon clone?
