Having problems with NDI and streamlabs obs

so i am trying to stream to twitch using streamlabs and NDI, on my gaming pc is NDI installed and streamlabs obs on my server. on my streamlabs obs the NDI signal is perfectly fine, but the problem is that on twitch the screen is 1/4th color and the rest is like a darkmode of what is being displayed.

i have no clue what is causing this.

what i have tried:

starting streamlabs as a admin,

a full reinstall of streamlabs,

removing the NDI signal and putting it back,

restarted the server and relaunch streamlabs as a admin.
