My[27] "LDR" with a guy [31] has fizzled out and now we can go hours without talking now when just 5 month earlier we talked non-stop. Should I just remove contact or keep things the way they are?
was in a "ldr" lots of emotional stuff happened, both of us wasn't fit for a relationship with each other at the time, and guess I basically got dumped and resorted to "that online friend" status, and he talks to me about this other girl and it makes me upset because I still like him I wonder if I should just end conversations with him or not. guy with a nice voice), and I started to fall for him after a couple of days or so.
I told him I loved him and he told me he loved me too and well I was happy. We talked all the time and saying how we would meet in person and once we get our shit together we'd live together. He was the first guy I was willing to do virtual naughty shit with and brought out a really kinky side of me, I knew existed but never really expressed. He told me if I wanted too he'll bring me down there and help me start a new life. He was a couple states away and I'm thinking it could work but things never really panned out. I am/was chronically unemployed and wasn't really in a good shape mentally or physically to go anyway. And his situation wasn't that good either, he lost his job and home..
This affected him badly, we talked less and less after awhile the sweet words were gone. And he ended up admitting that we were too different and had nothing in common. I was mad at this and we argued online and didn't talk for a day or so until I apologized and I guess we made up.
A couple of months after that he told me that he was going to kill himself and their was nothing I could do to stop him. After a 15 hour tearful exchange with me begging and pleading, I think I helped convinced him to go back home. He told me he had bipolar and the loss of his home/job got to him.
The last time he told me he loved me was 2 months ago when he was still recovering from the bad place he was in. After he told me wasn't in a good position to get into a relationship, I said along the lines of "that it's not rush we're both struggling and even if we drift apart I'd always have his back and not to feel guilty, and you always have a friend in me" He's meds got him in a better place and he seemed much happier. Then we started to drift apart.
In my mind, I knew nothing was going to come of it. Even after 6 months I'm still in the same position I was before slightly, except I have a part-time job and can now somewhat drive. I'm not all that attractive and he only wanted to speak with me on discord. A month ago a girl that was like a sis to him was in some trouble and got a couple hundreds to go meet her states away and make sure she's OK. I mean she had a troubling life and well crying about how special she was to him and don't know what he'd do without her. That hurt but it was OK I'm sympathetic she sounds extremely sweet and she means so much to you pour your heart our I'll try and help you in whatever I can.
Everything ended up fine so I'm happy with that. Now, he met someone on dating app and well she's a little young but it's cool. He tells me all how cute she is and what sexual stuff she had on the profile. A couple of days ago was their 3rd date but he doesn't like her because she too insecure but she's cute so he'll hope she grow out of it. I know I was like urging him to go find someone to screw when he kept telling me he's horny and just want his "dick wet" and shit but I don't want to hear about it.
He moved on but I can't seem to yet. I still like him but it was never going to go anywhere. It was mostly my fault, I wasn't pretty or in a stable enough position to meet. He talks about how cute this other young girl is and she must be. If I remove him from contact I'll be alone again but I have been for a long time already I'd get over it. But it's also nice to have someone there too.
TL;DR:
