Is it better for me to get the more expensive motherboard?

I have this build that I am quite happy with https://pcpartpicker.com/user/10art1/saved/w2jwhM but one of my friends told me that I shouldn't go with a b450 because its a pcie 3.0, and I would want a 4.0 motherboard, like with the x570. While its true that my graphics card wont see a performance hit, they mentioned that maybe in the future when I upgrade, it very well might, and my m.2 SSD would see faster write speeds with pcie 4.0

What do you think?

(edit: I found a x570 on a big discount such that it's actually cheaper than a b450, so I'll jump on that)
