Is the Battleforce worth getting for a beginner?

So now the battleforce preorder has dropped for 100 uk bucks, would you experienced wolves recommend getting it for a beginner about to invest in this army?

I was going to get a primaris box but dont want to miss out on the Xmas one since its limited if it was really worth getting?
