AMD Vega Mobile Linux Support

Hi, AMDboiz.I want to buy a laptop with AMD processor(R5 3500U or R7 3700U), which have sweet price-performance ratio. But what about Linux support? I'm front-end developer and using Ubuntu 19.10 on my desktop PC to work with Angular CLI and Magento 2(separately of course) and all fine with my profile build.

But a lot of posts in Google about poor support and boot problems and answer to fix them is: update BIOS, Kernel and video driver.So, owners of Ryzen R5 2x00u or R7 3x00u, is it okay now? Did i need to "dance" around my laptop for correct GPU acceleration work? Or better choose Intel and NVIDIA build?

P.S. Laptop i wish to buy Lenovo S540-14API.P.S.S. Sorry for my English, its not my native language.
