Odds of getting approved, went through quicken wholesales through broker. Incomes combined with spouse is 140k a year. Minimal debt car payment 1068 a month no credit card debit other then student loan 40k pay 350 a month. Both have 800 credit scores and 70k in the bank. Doing 3 percent conventional. Any insight ?
