URGENT: Make the REPORT number we have BASED ON the NUMBER of MATCHES we play

It´s UNFAIR to waste one report in smurf accounts or other players that play once a month against people playing everyday.

THE RISK OF EXPOSURE TO BEING REPORTED is ridicoulsly unbalanced considering you suffer much more from disruptive players and can´t act on them.
