Defeated Arlo using only INFERNAPE!!!!

Long post read at your own consent.. Just sharing my experience with my fellow Trainers

So this was my first pokemon boss that I defeated.. I'm currently at Level 30 in PoGo, thought that defeating pokemon bosses would require you to be either at a high level or having badass pokemon's, but all this turned out to be false

I had battled Arlo previously but lost badly by blindly taking my top level pokemons Gyrados(2916 CP) having Bite and Crunch, Tyranitar(2609 CP) having Iron Tail and Crunch and lastly Aggron(2571 CP) having Iron Tail, Thunder and Heavy Slam(yeah gave him a new power move 🤦🏼‍♂️😂)... Sadly only taking down Arlo's Scyther, other pokemon he had was a Gyrados.. So thought this wasn't in my league as I dint even reach upto his last pokemon which was completely unknown to me(should have refered some sites for his pokemons)

But today when I passed by a pokestop, Arlo popped up and thought about giving it a second try.. Had known his 2 pokemon from previous battle... Took Infernape(2321 CP) having Fire Spin and Blast Burn(from community day) to counter Scyther, Torterra(2093 CP) having Razor Leaf and Frenzy Plant(from community day) to counter Gyrados and last pokemon i took was my current best and one of the fastest attackers in PoGo.. Gyrados(2916 CP) having Bite and Crunch... I dint even realize that there would be same Pokémon in Arlo's team everytime 🤦🏼‍♂️😂(one of my dumbest moves but turned out to be a bliss)

As usual according to my strategy I kept Infernape first then Torterra and lastly Gyrados... This time Arlo started out with Scyther whom Infernape took with ease thanks to Blast Burn, then this time the second pokemon of Arlo was Magnezone... Thought was gonna loose again but Infernape's Fire Spin and Blast Burn turned out to be Super Effective (Dint plan that 😂😂😂)... Then the last pokemon was Scizor which also was easily defeated by Infernape... Yeah just a freaking INFERNAPE!!!!! Out of all my pokemons just this pokemon that too with 10-20 somewhat HP remaining... Was completely Blown away by this... Taking down a boss that too with a single pokemon... And also obtaining my first every SCYTHER which in my personal opinion looks even badass in Shadow form(hence pic attached😂) ... Yes my first one in PoGo 😅😅😅, they rarely spawn near my area so had become difficult to catch... It's like I took down two birds with one stone 😅😂😂

So I would suggest you'll to atleast take a fire pokemon with Blast burn against Arlo... You won't regret it... I can't guarantee you'll the sequence of Pokémon but this is how I won without any idea or knowledge... You can say sheer luck or coincidence... But I consider this my epic win 😅😅😅... Would try other bosses too now with much more confidence irrespective of my level... Either ways thank you for bearing with me till the end... Forgive me if there are any grammatical mistakes...
