Need help with first headphones!

So, I was thinking about buying a pair of headphones, I need it to be Bluetooth as my phone doesn't have a jack but I would like to have the option to go cabled, still the most important thing is sound fidelity, I want the music to sound as it was intended by the artist. My budget is around 200€.
