Does anyone have rules when it comes to save scumming or restarting a match?

I’m getting used to legendary and I’ll usually give myself one restart a season to save my sanity with the momentum swing/scripting. I didn’t know if anyone had anything similar or had rules when it came to it.

Like I was facing Roma in the Italian cup quarter finals and all my fast players felt like they had 50 pace and all my forwards weren’t making any intelligent runs or passes while they were playing like prime Barcelona. It was 1-1 until the 90th minute until they score an outside the box header which hit the bar and immediately went straight down just enough to cross the line to win the game.

I don’t know, shit like that makes me wanna save scum. I don’t mind losing through just raw skill by the AI like I got battered 7-1 by city in the champions league, but weird shit like an outside the box header in the 90th minute is annoying.
