About to make a purchase and looking for recommendations

Discuss

Hi there fellas,

I'm about to make a purchase- and I'm wondering if my stack looks good. I'm from India and I'm getting a friend from Canada to bring the supplements with him, so I would like to purchase supplements for the next 4-6 months all together.

I'm currently getting these:

  1. Bacognize Bacopa Monnieri: For its memory and cognitive effects (I've been smoking up more than usual lately and my memory has taken a hit).

  2. Ashwagandha: Mainly to quell anxiety.

  3. GS15-4 Ginseng: For motivation boost in the mornings (I mainly use Modalert for this these days but I'd prefer something else since Modalert gives me terrible anxiety if I use even small dosages for a couple days together)

  4. Magnesium Glycinate: For anxiety again.

My main goal is to reduce my anxiety and stabilize my mood. I've been having a rough year- realized a lot of issues I need to tend to and my anxiety feels like they've crossed levels I haven't been through ever before. I'm planning to see a shrink too soon, but I'm excited to try some supplements to quell it and not depend on opioids (I love them but also rightfully TERRIFIED of them so I only use it once a month whenever I'm panicking).

Do you recommend anything else? Should I change any of these? (I prefer relatively safe/proven supplements without any significant side effects. I don't have any physical health issues as far as I know apart from low creatinine levels but that's because I'm extremely skinny @ 86lbs).

(Also I know I can get Ashwagandha here in my country easily for dirt cheap, but I'm paranoid about heavy metal intoxication and I'm fairly sure Indian manufacturers aren't held to the same standards as the ones in the USA (I do understand that, even in the USA, the standards aren't strictly regulated like it should be? However I do keep hearing great things about Nootropics Depot so I'm trust-diving right in)).

Thanks!
