Dark mode not working for Settings, History & Downloads tabs in Linux?

Anyone else getting this inconsistency, with regards to Chrome's dark mode in Linux. The main browsing UI (open tabs, URL/Search box, three-dots menu etc.) are all appearing in their dark color variants, however the Settings, History and Downloads tabs appear unaffected by the dark mode preferences.
