Wireguard connection issues

Hi, successfuly installed wireguard on vps on vultr, bot got low download speed connection. Rate is smth like 15-25mbps for download/ 150-170mbps for upload, why upload is almost is as my provider speed and download speed is almost 10 times lower? I tried change Mtu and it didn't work at all(
