Help

I have been diagnosed with afib with RVR for almost two years in February. I'm 30 years old. I've dropped close to 70 pounds. I have had a good run without haven't an event. The last few times I did have episodes I wasn't symptomatic.

I had an episode three weeks ago that had me admitted to the hospital for 4 days and now I'm on sotalol and Cardizem. My heart rate has slowed dramatically because of sotalol and they downed my dose from 120mg to 80mg twice a day. So that helped with me not being so tired as much.

I am concerned now everytime I get a palpitation my body immediately goes in to panic attack mode. I go to see my EP on December 16th and they have held the procedure date for my ablation on December 27.

What should I do about this panic attack or anxiety I have when these palpitations happen?
