Is there any point applying to Vanderbilt after today?

I just realized today is the merit scholarship deadline. I guess I should have checked their website. My essay has been done for a week, so I’m kind of kicking myself. Will I get the portal in time to submit or should I just not apply? I can’t go unless I get lots of aid, and it’s not my top choice anyway.
