How to write 3 userform inputs to column1, column2, column3 - then allowing 3 more inputs to be written to the next row down in the same way?

In desperate need of help. I have a userform allowing module entry, credit value, and grade. There is also an "add module" button in the userform.

When the user clicks "add module" I want:

module entry to be moved into column A9, credit value to be moved into column C9, grade value to be moved into column D9.

The userform then resets to 0 values, and when the user next inputs the 3 values I want them to be written to the next empty row in the same fashion as before.
