What is your intended use for this build? The more details the better.
Mostly some pretty casual gaming, and some office work.
If gaming, what kind of performance are you looking for? (Screen resolution, framerate, game settings)
I don't play competitive games or anything so 144Hz is not really required. I just aim at a 1080p-60FPS on max settings for current games, and trying to be future-proof for the next few years (I know this objective is not really something that can be anticipated; but I'd like to avoid the idea of "get this now and just upgrade the GPU in two years" - selling second-hand parts is not always very handy).
What is your budget (ballpark is okay)?
1050€ would be a maximum, I'd love to go beneath that, but GPUs in France tend to be pretty expensive.
In what country are you purchasing your parts? France.
To comment a bit: I need some storage because of games but also big music libraries that I need locally, and 1To is now very limiting, so I thought a HDD+SSD combo was fine. I am unsure on the 5700 - I think it is the safe bet for the future, but I have hesitated for a while with a 1660 Ti, unsure if that would prove sufficient for 3-4 years at decent quality in 1080p. Again, I'm no expert, so I may be wrong.
Thank you very much in advance for any comments or advice!
