MI 8 constantly crasheing after repair after hard blick

I "repaired" a mi 8 (China) and flashed a global rom (i tryed multible versions) and after that didnt worked i flashed a custom rom (LOS 16) and that worked for about half a year and the is bootloobed and I tryed to go back to MIUI 11.

After installing MIUI 11 it booted but the crashed multible times and WIFI and GPS stoped working.

i installed: "dipper_global_images_V11.0.6.0.PEAMIXM_20191022.0000.00_9.0_global"

The mi 8 is unlocked and has anti ropback protection.

shuld i try to flash China rom? (and if yes with version)

is there somting i culd do/try?
