Swipe to change desktop only on current monitor?

So before whenever I changed my current desktop using the swipe gestures it only changed the desktop on the monitor on which my mouse was on.

However, after the update it no longer matters where my mouse is and whenever I swipe, it changes the desktops on both monitors, which is really annoying. Can I change this and where, cus I can't find it.

Thanks.
