Porn: What have you learned about it, psychonauts?

I'm wondering if porn serves me. I don't use porn every day, maybe twice per week. But I feel a kind of regret after viewing it. Like it's taking dark energy from somewhere and placing it in my soul, where it shouldn't be. The fact that I'm even questioning it makes me think that it doesn't add value to my life. Have you gained any insights on this particular subject from use of psychedelics?
