Raised/Red bumps on knee. Ring worm?

Hello

I am 23, Male. 6 foot, 180 pounds. Currently not taking any medication beside the occasional otc headache medicine. Excedrin (sp). Occasional recreational cannabis user. Nothing else.

I have never had a history of such a thing.

Yesterday I noticed some bumps on my knee but didn’t think much of them. Today I woke up with these bumps being very red, raised and circular in pattern. I am unsure what it could be other than ring worm? Any help would be much appreciated.
