NEW GAMER HELP

Hi everyone, I’m new to the game, lvl 12 right now and trying to get S Saint rank characters in game. I’ve seen a guy pulling 4/5 S saint in 30 min on system chat, is that possible?

I’ve seen a guide with some tips ( https://www.google.it/amp/s/gamingph.com/2019/06/how-to-summon-gold-saints-in-saint-seiya-awakening-tips-guide/amp/ ) does is work? Or is purely based on luck?

I play other games where RNG / LUCK plays a big role and it’s a waste of time. Is this game like that?

Thanks
