Help me pick between xDuoo and ifi Zen DAC

I am confused between buying the xDuoo XD-05 and ifi Zen DAC. I will be pairing them with my Philips SHP9500 headphones. I will be mostly connecting them to a PC at home and work and sometimes to my phone (I think the ifi can be connected). Although the xDuoo is better suited for portability, I want to make the choice purely based on sound quality. The kind of sound i am looking for can be loosely described as something that has a good soundstage, less noise, good clarity - but doesn't have to be too sharp. Basically something that sounds dynamic with good instrument separation and detailing but not a very flat or sharp sounding so that it's easy on the ears.

Both the DACs are similarly priced in my country.
