Quick Question: Does the Ring Panic Button Have a Silent Mode?

I've looked everywhere and can't find any word as to whether the Ring Panic Button can operate silently. I would want the panic button to notify the authorities but without a loud ass alarm. Anybody have any experience with it? Thanks guys.
