Attorney Client Privilege... a tenet of out judicial system.

In our country it is assumed all communications between clients and their attorney is privilege . That no party of the government will listen or record private communications between the two.

The system in place was to allow a client in Wisconsin to place a collect call to their lawyer, and the system would automatically not record the communication between client and attorney ..it was done via software where lawyers phone numbers would automatically understand that a client was calling his lawyer collect from jail.

In your opinion will this one day go before SCOTUS that Wisconsin illegally listened and recorded Steven Avery's phone calls to his lawyers...????
