Need advice about T & stuff

So i was at my endo and to discuss my t levels. He said i was 4 and should be between 6-8. But when i look on here ppl are talking about numbers like 300. So now im confused, what does my endo mean with 4?

I never took blood work pre t due to extreme needle phobia but ive been to terapy so i can do it now.

My body reacted wierd to T aswell not dangerous or bad just wierd. Like my face structure defently changed and i have more hair everywhere. Even facail hair.

But ive been very incosistend with the gel like im usally on for 4 months and then off like 2 months and then on again for 4 months and thats kinda how its been. Now i been of sense july.

And I noticed new black hair on my wrists and from my belly button. How does that happen? Is welcomed but wierd.
