Egio death experience

Well so my gf and I had an ego death and besides the fact that her mental health completely healed even tho therapist said there was nearly no chance for 8 years, I was able to LITERALLY see through my hand, saw the mirror without me in it and some kind of god like me surrounded and filled by smoke, I dont know what to believe anymore
