Manfrotto 535 CF vs Sachtler Ace M

I'm currently in a position where I can buy either the Sachtler Ace M or Manfrotto 535 Carbon fiber + 502A Fluid head combo for pretty much the same price.

I don't have experience with either set, but they both seem pretty portable and lightweight with good fluid heads, which is my main concern. Anyone favors one or the other?
