Decent build for Nas / emby server?

Hi,

While I'm very familiar with building gaming PCs I'm new to the server relm. I'd like to set up my own home server to serve movies locally via emby as well as act as storage I can access anywhere in my apartment.

Would this get the job done? I'd like to stream 4k if possible assuming I get a client that doesn't need transcoding. Also, would I need a GPU or is this something I could setup headless?

Thanks!
