How on earth do I get some Monero

I starting to think Monero is a scam.

I tried so many sites from https://web.getmonero.org/community/merchants/#exchanges just to get up and running to aquire Monero. I never seem to get through.

The process to do so is exhausting. After registering I need to verify my E-mail, my phone number, my address, my ID, my bankaccount (register on third pary sites like Perfect Money or EPay on Crex24.com). Im right now trying my fifth! exchange site since I raged on Kraken.com (Just to delete account I need to talk to support, have a account-ID and reason etc) .

At the moment Im trying Anycoin Direct. Which is not so "Direct" as the name states. I need to go through 5 levels to get verified correctly. Is this a joke?

Its too difficult and I have to go through tons of diffrent measures to just get my page working properly and understanding how the site works. When I understand how and got verified. There is a new hassle to go through just to deposit. I need to contact my bank, read about SEPA what that is, etc. It takes too much time and the error margin is too high.

Too bad Coinbase will not handle Monero.
