Am I cheating on my boyfriend?

Hey reddit people. Before you judge me, hear me out first. I am (F23) with my boyfriend (M25) for 3 years now and for the past few months, he has been dropping hints of us moving in together and I love that idea but we've been constantly talking about babies and it scares me. So, to take off my mind, I went on a dating app and have been talking to another person. We don't have any relationship and I made clear that I have a boyfriend. I don't want to have a family yet coz I still wanna work and I dislike the idea of me, letting another person take care of my baby because I'm at work. Is this what we call "cold feet"? And am I cheating on my boyfriend?
