After looking at a user profile it sorts by hot instead of new

I often check my Frontpage sorted by new. When I check out a user profile an then go back to the frontpage it's sorted by hot and I have to start from the top again. It didn't use to be like that before the 'redesign' and I think it's really annoying. Can you please fix that?

Edit: it's not only when I'm sorting by new. It's also when I'm sorting by anthying other than hot.
