Woflman's appearance after The Church Dream

Hey people,

Right before the night in old woods I poured some meat int othe oven and got a level up which brought me into "The Church" sequence. I was whacked by a chomper (damn the negative lungs perk). After weaking up, I heard some noise - Someone bashed into the hideout and then I realized something hit my trap. So i bashed it with the shovel and finished it with a final blow. Assault rifle made it clear it was Wolfman himself... damn it!

I got Darkwood v1.3 and I wonder how can I progress the game further? I followed wolfman's questline and right before this situation I rejected wolfman's offer to guide me to a doctor (wanted to survive the night and go for it in the morning). Game autosaved on very unfortunate situation - no idea what to do next.
