Did she [18F] cheat on me if she broke up with me [20M] out of the blue?

About a month and a half ago my GF broke up with me out of the blue even tho everything was going amaizingly great. I can assure you I definitely didn't do anything wrong. One day after a party where she drank for the first time in her life (I wasn't there) she all of a sudden left me on read and the next day said that we're breaking up because she can't be in a relationship. She has trust issues, doesn't trust me or herself, hasn't got everything figured out, kinda knew that she couldn't be in a serious relationship and had thoughts about that already in the past but ignored them. She atleast was a virgin until that day (idk)... She said she still likes me after the break up and that I didn't do anything wrong ( to which I think didn't).

We we're together for only a month but it was a really fast moving, passionate relationship where we clicked amaizingly and actually was the first relationship for the both of us. Gave her the best I had in me. Although we couldn't meet more than 2-3 times a week cuz we were busy (a lot of texting tho)

Did no contact for 3 weeks, wrote to her casually... Blocks me (she broke up over text and allowed me to text her)

Did she cheat or is she just not ready for anything serious and just got cold feet because I invited her to my place which was gonna happen the next day? (she definitely wanted it more than me)

Should I try meet and to talk to her? I know a way to meet her but that seems creepy. I just want to know the truth and for her to atleast be honest about it... I do believe in second chances but no third ones... She was atleast worth a second chance if she did what I think she did.
