Cigar company ethics

I’ve been watching a few cigar company tour videos on YouTube and it began to make me wonder about the ethics of the cigar business. In the videos the employees work at fast paces and in crowded areas. I know almost all are hand made in central and South America as well. My biggest concern is if we have any information about what companies might treat their employees poorly or which ones are great to the people working hard to make the sticks we all enjoy.

I really like cigars and think it’s a wonderful craft. I want to make sure that the product I’m enjoying has been made ethically.
