[Lorus V501-X251] Help needed for tracking down a watch for a surprise 21st birthday present

Hi everyone,

I am asking all of you for help as you will most likely know better than me where to look. I have come here a I have exhausted all other routes I know of.

For nearly 15 years, my brother wore a watch day in and day out. You can see by the wearing of the holes in the strap his wrist growing. Him and this watch were almost inseparable you could almost say. Him and this watch went everywhere together. This watch is a testament of quality. It has been scraped against a wall, swimming in chlorine pools, gone through the washing machine a few times, been out in the rain and even went swimming in the Dead Sea without skipping a tick. What makes it even more amazing is that all the parts in it are completely original. Even the battery. It never died in the 15 years it was on brothers wrist until at 11:59:36 (not sure AM or PM) it stopped working last year.

As a 21st birthday present (he does not know I am doing this, nor are they a member of this community), I want to get the watch repaired. I have talked with some repairers and the only way that it can get repaired is if I can get a donor watch and replace the mechanism inside of it. Sadly, the parts necessary to be replaced are apparently not made anymore hence why the donor watch is necessary to get my brothers watch up and ticking again.

The donor watch I am looking for is a Lorus V501-X251. If anyone can help me locate one, I will be really thankful.
