[Help] my 2yo girl is afraid of all german shepherds after a bad incident at the dog park

My 2yo female dog used to love ALL german shepherds because she loved this one male that would come to our dog park. It was actually embarrassing to watch her fawn all over him cause he wanted nothing to do with her and just wanted to play fetch with his human.

Then this past summer we were at another dog park and she saw a gsd and went to say hello. Will this guy was not friendly and got onto her (shes super friendly but will submit at the drop of a hat) and made her cry. It was only after his owners got him and removed him that she got up and wanted to leave.

So now shes afraid of all gsds. Her friend isn't around much anymore and we stay at our local dog park where there arent many gsds but yesterday i took her to get her nails done and two very calm gsds were in the waiting area while i was paying and she was visibly shaking from being in such close proximity to them.

How, if possible, do i break her of this, especially when it's such a rare occurrence?
