RPI 4 to Windows Setup

So here is what I’m trying to do: I’d like to setup a RPI 4 with Radarr/Sonarr and all the Stuff I need for automation. Downloaded Stuff should be saved to an external HDD hooked to the Pi. Nothing to special here.

My Plex Server will be running on my gaming Rig which will host my Raid5 setup and is powerful enough for transcoding etc.

Because of high power consumption my gaming rig isn’t always on. So I’d like to sync my downloaded content from my PI with my Windows machine as soon as it goes online and also have Sonarr and Radarr keep track of shows and movies on my gaming rig.

So in short: Radarr/Sonarr on RPI 4 -> Push new movies/shows automatically to Windows machine when it powers up -> still keep track of already downloaded shows and movies in Radarr/Sonarr

Maybe this is kind of an odd setup but maybe someone can guide me in the right direction for the automatic file transfer stuff.
