Advice on puncture

Hi All,

Set off to the shops this morning and could feel my tyres very unsteady. Lo and behold theres a bloody iphone sim try pin straight through my rear and shes flat as a pancake.

Since its quite a thin piece of metal, the hole isnt too bad. Any advice on whether it could be repaired or should i play it safe and get a new rear?
