Connection Quality Question

I have my chromecast wired by ethernet cable to my router and I have an "excellent" connection consistently.

I also sometimes play on PC which is also hardwired to the same router. However, my connection there is always "good".

Any idea why the same connections to the same router would produce different results?

Thanks!
