I'm looking to quit this week, any tips?
First I Will go to my GP and ask for nicotine patches (they Will be free because of healthcare that way),
Second I was thinking of getting a shit ton of lollipops, candy and chewing gum to keep my mouth occupied.
But I have an issue. My profession is in IT, currently at home freelancing. I always smoke behind my computer and I'm scared that I can't break this habit. Also the room reeks of smoke and cigarettes. Any tips on that?
Also any other general tips or motivation to get me started?
I've quit before during pregnancy and after throat surgery, but that was easy for two reasons:
In the first I knew why I couldn't and it would harm my baby. The second I was literally physically incapable of smoking because of open wounds in my throat.
Thanks for reading and helping me out!!
