Let Weightless Armor, Resistence perks and Mutations be Compatible to Berserkers Legendary Effect

It would make Weightless Armor and Berserker alot more viable. At this moment of time me and Alot of other People Scrip these Parts. Would be a nice adjustment and gives cool build opportunities.
