Helo, marijuana raised my heartbeat and it hasn’t stopped.

My heart has been racing non stop for the past 17 hours. The effects are gone and I tried sleeping it over but the palpitating hasn’t stopped. Is this normal? How long does it take to go? What can I do to help it go faster?
