I am a bit worried about my recert

I had a significant spinal injury years ago which required emergency surgery. I have since lived with constant battles of muscles spasms, nerve pain and leg numbness. I used to take opioids and muscle relaxers and anti anxiety meds daily. I now keep pain pill handy for rough days but most of the time can get by with OTC pain relievers and a few hits on a vape pen. I had plenty of medical records when I originally certified. Just nervous about it.....
