Reshade after patch 0.12?

I have searched the reddit subforum, and did not find any info about this after the latest patch (searched "Reshade after patch 0.12", and got 0 results, so this is not a repost).

I have seen info before the newest patch, and still there have been mixed opinions, but what I am interested in, is if this is still possible AFTER patch 0.12.

So, after patch 0.12, is it allowed to use Reshade?
