Pixelbook issues

Loving Stadia so far. Dozens of hours played and it's excellent on TV.

But...

the in-browser experience on the Pixelbook (2017) with the Stadia controller has been consistently mediocre. No lag at all but very framey and audio is stuttery...especially in frenetic scenes.

I enabled the pointer lock flag and don't see any difference.

I tried incognito mode (disabled extensions) and, while it actually does seem a little bit better, it's still framey.

I've also heard people suggest hardware acceleration options but I'm not sure which ones.

Anyway...has anyone gotten a consistently good experience on a Pixelbook or other high end Chromebook? If so, how?
