Demography of fantasy society with life span sexual dimorphism

Hello,

I would need an advice how to design realistic, coherent and sustaining demography for fantasy society.

It is society of species similar to human, were females have two times longer lifespan then males.

You can find more about how the society works here: https://worldbuilding.stackexchange.com/questions/160558/how-to-make-my-matriarchal-society-more-realistic

It is supposed to be set in epoch with medieval like technology.

In this epoch, average life expectancy of male is 30 years, some man with high well being can reach 65 years and males above are considered very old. If those men lived in today europe, their life expectancy would be 75 years. The male is simmilar to average human in medieval times.

Female life expectancy is 90 years, some women with high well being can reach 130 years, women above this age are considered very old. If those women would live in today europe, their life expectancy would 150 years. All those factors are basicaly double from male except for life expectancy, which I thought would be higher for female although I have overestimated it a little.

Females enter menopause at the age of 100 years on average while ratio of males fertility to age remains same except for the fact that he becomes sexualy mature little more soon while females become sexualy mature little later. Males grow faster at young age, females grow slower.

I want to ask, what should be male/female birth ratio to sustain stable civilisation and 1/1 sex ratio in reproductive age for each sex. Basicaly I expect 2 times more males then females to be born to be able to reproduce with women of double productive age span.

What would be other sociodemogrphical effects of great age dimorphism?
