Cannot set proper time with tzsetup.

I have just installed FreeBSD on the RPI, and I have enabled NTPD. Since the date was wrong, I ran tzsetup, but the result was:

$ date
Fri   Nov   1  16:53:54  CET 2019

The CET timezone is correct, but the date is 30 days past. Why does this happen on a freshly installed system?
